: Cancellation policy is 48-hours notice prior to arrival day except for Non-refundable bookings
: Less than 48 hours notice prior to arrival day will incur the full booking cost for cancelled rooms unless these rooms are resold
: Bookings cancelled or shortened during the stay will incur full charge unless these rooms are resold
: 50% deposit required over Specific "event seasons" and Multiple room bookings
: Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of validated Credit or Debit card details

 

: Credit/Debit card will be pre-authorised by hotel, but may be charged charged any time within the applicable cancellation period pertaining to your booking

DEPOSITS: A per room deposit is required at time of booking for the Event Seasons and Multiple room bookings detailed below

1)      Event Seasons are:

  1. a.       Royal Ascot Week (per published dates on www.ascot.co.uk), deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
  2. b.       All or any other major events at Ascot Racecourse detailed on: https://www.ascot.co.uk/horse-races-and-events, deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 7 days prior to arrival
  3. c.       BMW PGA Championships (per published dates on https://www.bmw-golfsport.com/en/topics/tickets-shops/tickets/bmw-pga-championship.html, deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 14 days prior to arrival
  4. d.       All or any other major events at Wentworth Club and Sunningdale Golf Club as detailed on their respective websites: http://www.wentworthclub.com/ and http://www.sunningdale-golfclub.co.uk/tournaments/, deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 7 days prior to arrival
  5. e.       Red Bull Air Race (Ascot venue) (per published dates on http://www.redbullairrace.com/en_GB), deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 7 days prior to arrival
  6. f.        Farnborough international Airshow (per published dates on http://www.farnborough.com/public/), deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 7 days prior to arrival

2)      Multiple room bookings

  1. a.       Bookings of 5 or more rooms on the same night or longer, deposit required 50% on booking with balance due 7 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATIONS: bookings falling within the specific Event Seasons and/or Multiple room bookings may be cancelled as follows

  1. a.       Royal Ascot Week (per published dates on www.ascot.co.uk),
    1. a.       If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival = full refund
    2. b.       If cancelled between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival = 50% refund only. If the cancelled the room night/s are resold, the balance of the booking will be refunded less any applicable commissions and/or fees
    3. c.       If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival = no refund. If the cancelled the room night/s are resold, the balance of the booking will be refunded less any applicable commissions and/or fees
  2. b.       All or any other major events at Ascot Racecourse detailed on: https://www.ascot.co.uk/horse-races-and-events,
    1. a.       If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival = full refund
    2. b.       If the cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival AND the room night/s are resold, the deposit/amounts paid will be refunded less any applicable commissions and/or fees
  3. c.       BMW PGA Championships (per published dates on http://www.wentworthclub.com/bmw-pga-members-guests-tickets/)
    1. a.       If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival = full refund
    2. b.       If the cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival AND the room night/s are resold, the deposit/amounts paid will be refunded less any applicable commissions and/or fees

    1. a.       If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival = full refund
